We provide the technology that allows vendors to list and sell products.

We are not the seller of vendor‑listed items.

3. Vendor Requirements

Vendors must:

• Provide accurate product descriptions

• Ship items within the stated timeframe

• Comply with all applicable laws

• Maintain an active Stripe Express account for payouts

• Avoid prohibited items (weapons, counterfeit goods, illegal items, etc.)

4. Prohibited Items

Vendors may not list:

• Illegal or stolen goods

• Counterfeit or replica items

• Hazardous materials

• Adult content

• Items that violate copyright or trademark laws

5. Payments & Payouts

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect

• Vendors must complete Stripe onboarding to receive payouts

• Payout schedules are determined by Stripe

• Marketplace commissions are automatically deducted before payout

6. Fees & Commissions

By selling on this marketplace, vendors agree to the commission rate displayed in their vendor dashboard.

7. Order Cancellations & Refunds

• Buyers must contact the vendor directly for order issues

• Vendors are responsible for handling returns, refunds, and disputes

• The marketplace may step in if a vendor fails to respond or resolve issues

8. Shipping & Delivery

Vendors are responsible for:

• Shipping items on time

• Providing tracking information

• Ensuring items arrive in the condition described

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity

• Repeated customer complaints

• Violations of these Terms & Conditions

• Failure to comply with Stripe requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

The marketplace is not responsible for:

• Vendor behavior

• Product quality

• Shipping delays

• Losses resulting from vendor actions

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the marketplace means you accept the updated terms.
