Overview

VerdonMarket accepts eligible returns requested within 14 days after the order is delivered. Because VerdonMarket is a multi-vendor marketplace and many products are pre-owned or one-of-a-kind, customers must request authorization before returning an item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
• The item must not have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included when applicable.
• The customer must provide the order number and proof of purchase.

Do not send an item back without receiving return instructions and the correct return address. Products sold by different vendors may have different return addresses.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or the wrong item was sent, contact us promptly and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

If the claim is approved, the responsible vendor will cover reasonable return-shipping costs, and the customer may receive a refund or another appropriate resolution.

Change-of-Mind and Sizing Returns

For an approved return due to fit, sizing, color preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Product measurements and condition details should be reviewed carefully before purchasing, especially for pre-owned clothing and one-of-a-kind merchandise.

Nonreturnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from their description:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital products
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Intimate apparel, underwear, and opened personal-care items
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Nonreturnable”
• Items returned after the 14-day return period
• Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

VerdonMarket does not offer direct exchanges because many products are unique or available in only one quantity. Customers may return an eligible item under this policy and place a separate order for another available product.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for an approved refund to be processed. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or sent incorrectly.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact VerdonMarket through the website’s Contact Us page or the applicable order communication area. Include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Item being returned
• Reason for the return
• Photographs if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described

Wait for authorization and return instructions before mailing the item. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
